Rates
Updated rates, effective as of November 6, 2023:
- $150 per 30 minute session
- $225 per 45 minute session
- $280 per 60 minute session
- $350 per 75 minute intake
- $3,000 flat rate for psychodiagnostic assessment and comprehensive written report
- All services (excluding psychodiagnostic assessment) longer than 60 minutes are billed at the hourly rate in 15 minute increments
Payment is expected at the time of services.
Insurance
We do not accept health insurance and are considered “out of network.” We are not able to participate in single case agreements. Please consult with your health insurance provider to ask about your coverage and about the possibility that they will reimburse you. We provide documentation with procedure and diagnostic codes upon request, which are typically required if submitting reimbursement claims to your insurance program.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
